Infomation for presenters

All accepted papers will be presented orally and in English. Invited lectures will be given 45 minutes (40+5) while presentations of contributed papers have to be made in 12 minutes (10+2).

The presentations of contributed papers are scheduled in two parallel sessions, therefore the organisers kindly ask presenters to strictly follow the schedule.

Standard audio-visual equipment will be available, including projector, screen, pointer and microphone.

The presentation file must be given on a portable USB stick in MS PowerPoint format or PDF format to the conference staff at the registration desk. The presentation needs to be submitted before the first morning session of the day of the presentation. You are also welcome to send it in advance. To do so, please send your presentation by e-mail to the Local Organizing Committee of the GD 2021 (gd2020@inp-greifswald.de) until 27th August 2021.

The use of the laptop provided in the conference room is recommended. If you have a video or audio file embedded in your presentation, we recommend using a standard video and audio codec compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint.

All presentations will be deleted from the conference storage after the session.

Please note that all speakers must introduce themselves to the chairman of their lecture hall and test the presentation at least 10 minutes before the start of the corresponding session.
