Elizabeth Preston is a science journalist who contributes regularly to the New York Times, where her stories have been featured as Great Reads, and The Boston Globe. She has written for Science, The Atlantic, Orion, Slate, Audubon, Discover, National Geographic, and others. She is a winner of the American Association for the Advancement of Science’s Kavli Gold Award. Preston is also a humor writer and was the editor of Muse, a magazine for kids about science and ideas.
